Live-out Career Nanny
Location:Bryn Mawr PA
Start Date:ASAP
Schedule:12pm - 8pm Monday - Friday
Salary:$90000$110000 plus a health insurance on experience
A friendly down-to-earth family is seeking an experienced Career Nannyto care for their three delightful childrena 10-year-old girl and two boys ages ages 16 and 14 years-old. Both parents work demanding jobs and are looking for this person to be a turn-key Nanny.
You must have the ability to work later and provide care for parents date nights.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate is warm communicative and experienced in care for older children. This is acareer nannyrole for a professional who is confident with longer hours sometimes adaptable to a changing schedule and genuinely enjoys working closely with parents as part of a collaborative team.
Responsibilities Include:
Providing full careto the children after school
School pick-ups after school activities dinner etc.
Organizing and planning enriching activities
High attention to structure and managedaily routines
Supporting healthy eating and preparing nutritious meals for the children
Maintaining a clean and organized environment
Travelingwith the family whenneeded
Working in harmony with the Executive/Personal Assistant
Key Requirements:
Valid drivers license
Strong communication skills; transparency and open dialogue are essential
Previousnanny experience working with kids in the same age ranges
Confident handling childdynamics with a calm empathetic approach
Professional discreet and respectful of family time and privacy
Proactive in maintaining order and cleanlinessfollowing the current organizational systems in place
Provide structure daily

Salary:$90000$110000/year (DOE)
