Job Description
As Bosch Mobility Aftermarket division we are looking for a new associate as Digital Eco System Roll-Out Responsible. The position will be responsible for rolling out our digital ecosystem software products used by our Bosch Car Service network partners (car repair & maintenance workshops). The position will be located in Maltepe Istanbul.

Department: Bosch Mobility Aftermarket Division / Bosch Car Service Marketing Dept
Working Style: Flexible working conditions with working 4 days/month at the office
Responsibilities:
- Develop and coordinate defined roll-out plans for workshops.
- Support the promotion and implementation of the Workshop Management System (WSMS) across Bosch Car Service (BCS) partners.
- Support the promotion and implementation of the Workshop Order Manager (WOM) solution across BCS partners.
- Provide technical coordination to Level 1 and Level 2 support teams to resolve potential issues related to installed digital systems.
- Monitor the performance of digital applications and ensure alignment with implementation timelines and plans.
- Follow up on the implementation of digital solutions in the field working closely with both the project team and the Bosch Car Service Sales Team.
- Prepare and update training documents and materials ensuring their accuracy and continuity.
- Ensure the completion regular update and transparent sharing of project tracking documents across the team maintaining coordination throughout the implementation process.
Qualifications :
- Preferably experience in automotive aftermarket services and deep understanding of car services workshop processes
- Strong customer-focused skills
- Reliable & strong presentation skills and persuasive communication
- Strong verbal and written negotiation skills in English and Turkish
- Good command of MS Office Tools PowerBI knowledge
- Strong project management skills (PMP is a plus)
- High process orientation
- Quality management experience
- Structured and independent working style along with the intrinsic motivation to make things happen
- Good problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of business transformation and change management
- Team player; Think partnerships. Work collaboratively with all internal / external colleagues in the roll-out
- Good planning and organizational skills
- Ability to travel and have a valid driving license
