Job Description

As a Litigation Associate youll be trusted with a broad range of civil litigation tasks including drafting pleadings and motions attending court hearings managing discovery and conducting depositions. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage cases from inception through resolution
- Draft pleadings motions and discovery responses
- Appear in court for hearings and other proceedings
- Take and defend depositions
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on strategy and case planning
Qualifications:
- Prior litigation experience strongly preferred
- Licensed and in good standing with the California Bar
- Excellent academic credentials
- Superior research writing and analytical skills
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary range of $155000 $175000
