Work Location: Texas Health Arlington Memorial 800 West Randol Mill Rd. Arlington TX 76012

Work Hours: PRN (as needed) Shifts between 6:00am to 2:30pm or 12:00pm to 8:30pm

Qualifications

Heres What You Need:

Education

High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.

Experience

1 Year relevant experience in customer service or as a cashier in a high-volume setting required.

1 Year health care experience preferred.

Licenses and Certifications

FHC - Food Handlers Certificate 30 Days required.

Skills

Ability to handle cash in a high-volume environment. Reading basic math written language in English. Ability to handle cash in a high-volume environment. Computer skills preferred. Good communication and organizational skills to exercise independent judgment. Must be discreet and courteous in handling visitors and employees.

What You Will Do:

Familiar with menu and prices. Operate computer-based register during meal service periods. Responsible for accurate charges to each customer.

Demonstrate the ability to handle and count money in a high-volume situation. Verify cash drawer amounts before and after meal periods.

Demonstrates customer skills and performs customer recovery resolving customer issues at point of service.

Follow established standards for food safety and sanitation. Follows standards for cleanliness and stocking within the assigned area. Follows proper hand hygiene.

Performs other job duties as assigned by Supervisor/Manager.
