Job Description:
Rathi Green Energy Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Mechanical Engineer Project Execution to join our dynamic team. The candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of mechanical projects involving planning installation erection commissioning and coordination of various mechanical systems and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan execute and monitor mechanical project activities at the site

Supervise installation fabrication and commissioning of mechanical equipment such as reactors pipelines conveyors and utility systems

Prepare BOQs and review mechanical drawings to ensure adherence to project timelines and specifications
-
Coordinate with vendors contractors and internal teams for efficient project execution
-
Ensure quality safety and compliance with all technical standards and regulations
-
Troubleshoot and resolve on-site technical issues and provide hands-on support

Maintain site documentation including Daily Progress Reports (DPRs) and update project managers

Assist in maintenance and troubleshooting activities during commissioning and final handover
Qualifications and Skills:
-
Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Experience:
-
Engineers: Minimum 7 years of site experience
-
Diploma holders: Minimum 10 years of site experience
-

Industry Preference: Energy Chemical Process or Manufacturing sectors

Technical Skills:
-
Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory ability to read modify and create mechanical layouts piping drawings and fabrication details
-
Sound knowledge of mechanical systems piping layout welding practices structural supports and equipment erection
-
Ability to prepare BOQs and interpret GA and Isometric drawings
-
Familiarity with MS Project or similar project planning/design tools is an added advantage

Strong coordination site supervision and communication skills

Willingness to work on-site and independently manage contractor activities

Compensation and Benefits:
-
80000 CTC per month
-
Salary negotiable based on experience and capability
