The Opportunity:
As our General Manager of Omni-Channel Distribution Center you are charged with leading and inspiring a team of up to 600 associates and overseeing all aspects of the operation with a primary focus on achieving defined service cost quality and safety objectives. You will report into the VP Distribution Center West and will have approximately 5 direct reports overseeing the and Retail fulfillment operations including Inbound/Receiving Outbound/Shipping Reverse Logistics Inventory Control and Facility management. You will work collaboratively across the Supply Chain network with Human Resources Engineering Transportation Customer Service Asset Protection IT and HQ Supply Chain and Logistics network leadership to define monitor and achieve performance goals.
Essential Function of Job:
- Oversee and enhance operational efficiency by closely monitoring and driving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). This includes optimizing Units Per Hour (UPH) to ensure productivity managing Cost Per Unit (CPU) to maximize profitability maintaining a high Retail Fill Rate to guarantee product availability and adhering & Retail Service Level Agreement (SLA) standards for timely order processing and fulfillment.
- Support the companys aggressive growth strategy by driving innovations designed to improve operational efficiency through the introduction of new or substantially modified work methods and processes.
- Plan and implement effective operational strategies with a strong level of business acumen.
- Prepare review and manage the distribution center budget to ensure financial objectives are being met.
- Provide daily supervision of assigned Distribution Center management team providing overall direction for & Retail channel order fulfillment.
- Maintain a partnership and open communication with site Human Resources team on all people related tasks & objectives Temp Agency partnerships and learning and development initiatives and activities.
- Partner with senior leadership to lead various DC/logistics network projects and initiatives.
- Maintain a flexible work schedule and adhere to the requirement of working any designated shift and overtime as warranted by business and operational needs.
- Provide high quality internal and external customer service based on company standards.
- Demonstrate a strong propensity for coaching and developing current and future leaders within the organization.

We would love to hear from you if you meet the following:
- Minimum of 10 years management experience in distribution operations or manufacturing and minimum of 3 years management experience in an automated distribution center that is 500K square feet or larger with employee counts of 500 individuals or greater.
- Experience with goods to person picking and automated storage and retrieval systems highly desired (e.g. Autostore KNAPP TGW SSI).
- Previous dual channel experience running large high-volume Retail and E-com DCs with 200 store ODS and 50K orders/day SLA.
- Previous Warehouse Management System experience with preferred experience with Blue Yonder orJDA.
- Previous Automation experience with preferred emphasis on goods to person robotics ASRS storage solutions WES system a plus.
The annual base salary range for this position is $194055.00- $216885.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors which may include as applicable the applicants qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
