Job Summary
In charge of end-to-end admission for all new families as well as marketing and communication
for the school.
Key Responsibilities
Manage admissions process for new students and assigning of house teams
Design and update welcome pack for new students
Manage the induction of new families into the school
Address all admission inquiries and organize tours for prospective parents
Coordinate placement assessments if needed
Ensure student files are maintained and updated
Prepare and regularly update class lists and house teams
Redirect all parent and student concerns to the respective HoDs
Plan and coordinate logistics for all school events
Identify advertising and marketing opportunities
Manage all external communication including letters notices to parents newsletters yearbooks marketing collaterals and social media pages
Greet parents at the beginning and end of each day as per the schedule
Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Communication Education or related field
Masters Degree is an added advantage
Minimum 5 years experience
Experience in an international school is an added advantage

Ability to design flyers and posters online
