Job Summary
We are hiring energetic and ambitious Sales Relationship Managers (SRMs) in every state. You ll work directly with homeowners SMEs and corporate clients to sell our affordable solar solutions and financing packages.
Responsibilities
Advocate for the SSN Campaign targeting over 500000 homes and businesses across Nigeria.
Identify engage and convert prospects into paying customers of our solar solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships that lead to sales conversions and referrals.
Develop and maintain a database of valid sales leads.
Assist potential clients with enrolments in order to access our solar finance programme.
Serve as the primary point of contact for post-installation enquiries and customer support.
Collaborate with the technical team to ensure client energy needs are fully understood and realised.
Take ownership of client engagements maintain professional conduct and deliver a satisfying customer experience.
Contribute to the development and refinement of strategy and client engagement processes.
Promote the brand via social media community forums and relevant awareness platforms.
Attend industry events trade shows and internal training to enhance product knowledge and industry awareness.
1 years in direct sales (any sector we provide solar training!)
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
Tech-savvy with smartphone proficiency (Android/iOS)
Minimum OND/NCE qualification
Self-motivated with strong entrepreneurial spirit
Existing network in your local community
Social media/digital marketing skills
High commission on every sale potential to earn 500000 tomonthly.

Education
Minimum of 2 years proven experience in direct sales, preferably in solar, engineering, electronics, automobile, real estate, or technical services. Experience with POS Activations, or as an Operator, Aggregator/Distributor. Strong commercial acumen with a goal-driven approach to revenue generation.
