Client Relationship Manager
Job Description: As a Client Relationship Manager you will cultivate and manage long-term relationships with clients understanding their needs in areas like academic research thesis support business intelligence and digital solutions. Responsibilities include onboarding new clients coordinating service delivery handling inquiries upselling additional offerings and ensuring high satisfaction through regular follow-ups and feedback sessions. Requires excellent communication skills a background in client-facing roles and knowledge of CRM tools like zoho. 3 years of experience in relationship management or sales within consulting or tech services preferred.
