Be it water mold smoke and fire or bio and HAZMAT remediation we are seeking individuals who want to make a difference for themselves and their customers.

As a valued SERVPRO franchise employee you will receive a competitive pay rate with the opportunity to learn and grow. Training and development program available which can include industry certifications.

Shift: This is a full-time position with a typical schedule of Monday-Friday 7:00 am to 5:00 pm and with rotating on-call schedules that consist of evenings and weekends.

Pay: $18-$22/hour depending on experience

Position Responsibilities:

Facilitate a positive customer experience and ensure customer satisfaction of services.

Communicate clear expectations to production technicians and supervise their activities.

Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control.

Identify safety hazards communicate and establish control measures to ensure the safety of occupants and workers.

Follow and oversee safe work practices and adherence to safety and risk management guidelines at all times.

Document a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided.

Manage and control labor and consumable usage on assigned projects. Manage assets by protecting and using equipment and materials properly.

Education/Experience Requirements:

WRT Certified

ASD Certified is preferred but not required
- OSHA Certified

Have a High School Diploma/GED

Can successfully pass a Level 1 and Level 2 Background Check.

Have a valid Drivers License with a clean driving record (as you will operate company vehicles).

Abilities and Physical Demands of Job:

Be able to work unsupervised and accomplish the daily tasks set forth.

Wanting to learn and grow into a leader in our field.

Strong verbal communication skills

Can lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly and can sit/walk/stand for long periods of time

Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects

Can work in tight spaces climb ladders and work with and around chemicals.

Might be exposed to a variety of extreme conditions and occasionally wear a respirator for safety purposes.

Able to be on rotating on-call schedules for weekends and nights.
