As the Director of Development supporting International Advancement across Indiana Universitys many campuses schools and units you will play a pivotal role in identifying cultivating and securing major gifts ($50000) from alumni parents and friends. Working closely with the universitys advancement leaders and reporting to the Vice President of Development Bloomington and Executive Director of International Advancement you will build a fundraising portfolio of donors to support Indiana Universitys mission and strategic priorities. You will work closely with donors and alumni with international ties. Critical to your success is intercultural competency and experience building major gift portfolios and developing personalized engagement strategies that foster long-term donor relationships.

Note: we are seeking a great major gifts fundraiser with the desire to build a portfolio and grow major gift fundraising with internationally-affiliated prospects at IU. Additional Information :
This position is based out of either our Bloomington Indiana office or our Indianapolis Indiana office. Working hours will vary greatly both while navigating travel and while connecting with donors and alumni in different time zones. The compensation range for this role is $100000.00- $115000.00 annually.
