Reboot Staff is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Account Representative to join our growing team in Madison WI. In this role you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients ensuring that their needs are met with precision and professionalism. This position requires excellent communication skills the ability to manage multiple accounts and a proactive approach to client support.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain relationships with assigned customer accounts
Address client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner
Monitor account activity and provide regular updates to clients
Prepare and deliver reports on account performance and service quality
Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer expectations
Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and drive account growth
Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company policies
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Communications or related field (or equivalent experience)
2 years of experience in customer service or account management
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook)
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
