Job Description
We are seeking a Leadership Development Associate to support the cultivation of strong leadership capabilities within our team and partner organizations. This role is ideal for someone passionate about personal growth organizational excellence and mentoring future leaders. You will help design implement and evaluate leadership programs that align with Nexmos Designs values and vision.
Responsibilities
Assist in the creation and execution of leadership training and development initiatives
Collaborate with HR and department heads to identify leadership skill gaps
Facilitate workshops coaching sessions and mentorship programs
Track and report on development program outcomes and areas for improvement
Support performance evaluation and succession planning processes
Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional excellence
Conduct research on leadership best practices and integrate findings into training material
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Organizational Development Business or related field
1-3 years of experience in leadership development training or HR
Strong presentation communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Strategic thinker with a passion for helping others grow
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with training tools or platforms
