This role offers the opportunity to run a dedicated Kinder program each afternoon and on Wednesday mornings supporting younger children in their transition to school while continuing to engage older students in meaningful programming
About the service:
The Gembrook community is welcoming collaborative and tight-knit. As Coordinator you will become an integral part of the school community regularly engaging with families and staff attending all school events and building strong authentic relationships that extend beyond the service. The program has its own beautifully maintained space that youll have the opportunity to personalise allowing you to create an environment that reflects your vision and the childrens interests. About the role
This permanent part-time role offers 35 hours per week including 5 non-contact admin hours and provides a fantastic opportunity to develop your leadership skills. With ongoing training mentorship and dedicated support well ensure youre equipped to thrive in a leadership role.
Youll work across split shifts Monday to Friday:
As an OSHClub Coordinator youll be leading a team of passionate Educators and overseeing an engaging before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12 years. This role is all about leadership:

You have (or are willing to obtain) a National Police Check and Working with Children Check.
Australian work rights.
A relevant DIPLOMA qualification (or working towards it) as per ACECQA.
