OSHC Coordinator | Gembrook

Gembrook OSHClub is seeking a passionate Coordinator to lead a unique service that supports both early childhood and school-aged development. This role offers the opportunity to run a dedicated Kinder program each afternoon and on Wednesday mornings supporting younger children in their transition to school while continuing to engage older students in meaningful programming

About the role

This permanent part-time role offers 35 hours per week including 5 non-contact admin hours and provides a fantastic opportunity to develop your leadership skills. With ongoing training mentorship and dedicated support well ensure youre equipped to thrive in a leadership role. 

Youll work across split shifts Monday to Friday: 

• 6:30-9:00am (Rise then Shine) 
• 2:30-6:00pm (Stay and Play)

As an OSHClub Coordinator youll be leading a team of passionate Educators and overseeing an engaging before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12 years. This role is all about leadership: 

• Youll create and lead a dynamic child-centered program filled with exciting activities like STEM sports cooking arts and craftsall designed to inspire and engage. 
• Youll take full ownership of your teams roster manage day-to-day operations ensure compliance and handle admin tasksall while fostering an environment of teamwork and growth. 
• With mentorship from regional managers and support from a dedicated office team youll have everything you need to develop your leadership skills and make a real impact.

You have (or are willing to obtain) a National Police Check and Working with Children Check.
