Job Description
Minimum Qualifications
Masters Degree from an accredited college or university in counseling or related field
Valid MA DESE Licensure as School Counselor 5-12
Familiarity with current federal state and district required assessments
Experience in college admissions or high school college counseling teaching experience preferred.
Job Goal: To create a comprehensive coordinated and integrated College & Career Readiness Program that supports the districts goal of post-secondary pursuits for all students. The Counselor will mentor first generation college students and collaborate with the school community to develop coordinate deliver and assess multi-tiered levels of programming and support for students to achieve post-secondary success.
