Job Description

The Assistant Director of Career and Professional Development (CPD) Business Advising and Recruitment supports the Director of Business Advising and Recruitment in advising students and alumni as well as facilitating events programs career trips and other projects as assigned. The primary advising areas include finance real estate accounting and related industries. The Assistant Director oversees operational processes and logistics for campus recruiting and alumni volunteer management in their focus areas.

W&Ls Office of Career and Professional Development allows alumni to explore the career resources available through the universitys expansive network including job listings maintained by and in some cases exclusively for W&L students and Assistant Director advises students and alumni in the areas of professional development helps develop and execute career-related programs designed to enhance students knowledge of career fields and establish links between students and employers alumni and professionals.

Physical Requirements:

Working Conditions: The worker is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions.

Types of Work: Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift carry push pull or otherwise move objects including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.

$60804.00 - Pay Commensurate with Experience
