Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and strategic Finance Business Partner to join our finance team. You will collaborate with key stakeholders across various business units delivering financial insights and support to:
Drive decision-making
Enhance performance
Ensure alignment with the companys strategic objectives
As a trusted advisor to senior leadership you will play a key role in budgeting forecasting financial analysis and compliance helping optimize financial performance and achieve long-term goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Analysis and Reporting
Deliver in-depth financial analysis of key performance indicators and business drivers
Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial reports to evaluate performance against targets
2. Business Strategy Support
Partner with business leaders to align financial strategies with objectives
Provide insights to guide strategic planning and improve outcomes
3. Budgeting and Forecasting
Lead budgeting cycles and rolling forecasts
Analyse performance vs. forecasts and provide explanations and corrective recommendations
4. Cost Control and Efficiency
Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement process improvements
Ensure resource allocation aligns with business priorities
5. Decision Support
Assess financial implications and ROI for new projects and business opportunities
Offer data-driven recommendations for investments and initiatives
6. Stakeholder Communication
Build relationships with teams across Operations Sales Marketing and HR
Translate complex financial data into clear actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders
7. Risk Management
Identify financial risks and provide mitigation strategies
Support the companys financial stability and risk resilience
8. Compliance and Controls
Ensure adherence to accounting standards tax laws and company policies
Liaise with third-party advisors for local statutory and tax compliance
Support internal audits and promote financial best practices
9. Continuous Improvement
Stay updated on financial trends tools and technologies
Continuously enhance reporting forecasting and business partnering processes
Qualifications and Skills
Education: Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related field
Professional qualification (ACCA CIMA CPA) required
Experience:
5 years in finance (e.g. business partnering financial analysis FP&A)
Experience working with non-financial stakeholders is a plus
Analytical Skills: Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to present financial data to non-financial audiences effectively
Business Acumen:
Solid understanding of business operations
Ability to link financial strategy to operational outcomes
Problem-Solving:
Proactive and practical in resolving challenges
Technical Skills:
Advanced Excel and ERP system proficiency
Experience with Power BI or Tableau is advantageous
