You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAs a Contract Support Officer you will have the opportunity to help shape the service as we continue to strive to ensure that our housing stock is in good condition and is compliant with the required regulations. You will be supporting the Contract Managers with a range of tasks relating to responsive repairs planned maintenance and servicing for our housing stock.
You will need to be flexible and adaptable with the ability to multi-task and a keen eye for detail. You will also need to be able to demonstrate working individually and as part of a team with excellent time management to ensure that key tasks are managed effectively. You will be expected to swiftly build working relationships with our partnering contractors with a view to ensuring that tasks are actioned seamlessly and accurately.
