Job Summary / Purpose
Responsible for maintenance of health records on all employees/clients screened at events. Promotes Employee health wellness and safety through a variety of programs pamphlets and special events throughout the year. Provides individual education/counseling. Must have the ability to be trained and to teach Cooper Clayton Smoking Cessation classes as well as other programs and classes as necessary to the needs of the position. Actions are in accordance with the Kentucky Nurse Practice Act and established hospital and departmental policies procedures and standards.

Education and Experience
Associates Of Science Nursing required.
Minimum of two years of nursing experience in Occupational Medicine physician office clinic or hospital required.
Licensure and Certifications
Registered Nurse: KY (RN:KY) required.
Basic Life Support - CPR (BLS-CPR) required.
Knowledge Skills Abilities and Training
Familiar with Workers Compensation laws preferred.
