Reporting to the Chief Sales Officer the Vice President of Growth Markets will lead ServiceChannels strategic expansion into high-potential growth markets driving revenue growth and market share in global markets small business segments and new verticals. This role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record in scaling B2B SaaS businesses developing go-to-market strategies and fostering cross-functional collaboration. The VP will spearhead initiatives to penetrate new geographies capture small business opportunities and establish ServiceChannels presence in untapped industry verticals while ensuring alignment with the companys overall sales and growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Global Expansion:
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for international markets identifying high-potential regions and tailoring solutions to local needs.
Build partnerships with regional stakeholders including channel partners resellers and industry influencers to accelerate market entry.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and cultural alignment in sales and marketing approaches.
Small Business Segment:
Design and implement scalable sales strategies targeting small businesses optimizing pricing packaging and delivery to meet segment needs.
Oversee the development of self-service and low-touch sales models to drive efficient customer acquisition and retention.
Collaborate with marketing to create targeted campaigns that resonate with small business owners and decision-makers.
New Verticals:
Identify and prioritize new industry verticals for ServiceChannels solutions conducting market research to validate opportunities.
Lead cross-functional teams to develop vertical-specific value propositions product enhancements and sales enablement tools.
Establish thought leadership and brand presence in new verticals through strategic partnerships and industry events.
Sales Growth and Scaling:
Drive revenue growth by setting ambitious yet achievable sales targets for growth markets tracking KPIs and reporting progress to the CSO.
Build and lead high-performing sales teams fostering a culture of accountability innovation and customer-centricity.
Optimize sales processes leveraging data and technology (e.g. CRM analytics) to improve forecasting pipeline management and conversion rates.
Collaborate with product marketing and customer success teams to align offerings with market demands and ensure seamless customer experiences.
Monitor competitive landscapes and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge in growth markets.
