The Global Experience Team is looking for a Director of Global Technology Domain Experience to join the team. This role will support the mission of the organization by collaborating with the Global Experience team and across all levels of the organization to unify programs and experiences across Enterprise Technology to align on and scale best practices ensure consistent and integrated messaging and champion strategic initiatives across domains. These efforts are driven by clear alignment with enterprise priorities and key initiatives across technology at Fidelity.
This role will bring thought leadership and will partner across technology domains to create and implement inclusive global experiences; that are engaging informative and inspire action across a variety of Fidelity audiences in support of domain and enterprise objectives. The role requires a mix of strategy development and execution while focusing on the conceptual skills needed to keep pace with fast-moving product development across Fidelity Technology. In collaboration with partners across Enterprise Technology and Fidelity Technology you will determine the most effective modes and channels for communicating and marketing domain experiences that amplify new products capabilities learning opportunities culture and community while ensuring alignment to the broader Fidelity Technology brand. A successful candidate will be comfortable working as part of an experience team within an agile environment and excel at collaborating with multiple domains and teams in numerous locations and across the globe.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring
BA or BS or equivalent experience with 10 to 12 years of professional experience in corporate consulting thought leadership marketing public affairs internal communications and engagement.
Experienced in developing and executing global integrated programs preferably for a technology and/or innovation organization and ensuring strategic objectives are met.
Excellent presentation speaking and communication (oral and written) skills; ability to communicate present and influence across the organization including to Senior Leadership
Superior analytical and critical thinking skills and understanding of data with a proven ability to think and act quickly and strategically.
Proven success in building strong trusted relationships and fostering collaboration across multiple groups to ensure alignment of programs and enable continuous improvement.
Ability to function as a trusted and credible partner who anticipates needs proactively recommends solutions and looks at opportunities to enhance programs.
Knowledge of and strong ability to produce content in digital media PowerPoint SharePoint sites etc.
Strong Microsoft Office software skills (Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook); graphic design skills a plus
