Job Description

Director of Advancement

Position Summary:

The Director of Advancement at Trinity Christian Academy (TCA) is responsible for the planning organizing and directing of all fundraising efforts. This includes overseeing major gifts programs the annual fund planned giving special events and capital campaigns. The Director of Advancement will work closely with the Head of School TCA Board and various stakeholders to implement a comprehensive and strategic fundraising plan. The role requires an individual who can think both strategically and practically using traditional and innovative methods to engage and build relationships with donors and stakeholders to achieve fundraising goals.
