Job Description

The Customer Service Administrator is the first point of contact at the facility with a high level of professionalism and knowledge of the branch products and services. The ideal candidate for this role will display exceptional customer service and communication skills when answering calls replying to email inquiries educating customers on promotions or sales and supporting the administrative needs of the facility.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide high-quality customer service to any walk-in customers

Collaborate with and assist the Account Manager and Branch Manager with orders and customer needs

Assist with showroom merchandising and ordering products

Answer incoming phone calls and transfer to the correct person

Respond compose and send e-mail correspondence throughout the company in a timely manner

Provide customer support via email phone or in person

Inform customers of current promotions or special sales

Engagement in learning and communicating all products and services

Compliance with all company safety standards and procedures

Creatively work with team members on sales strategies

Other duties as assigned


Qualifications :

Strong customer service skills

Knowledge of construction traffic control or infrastructure industries preferred not required

Strong communication skills both written and oral bilingual a plus

Excellent computer and internet skills

Must be results-driven friendly tenacious work independently and have a positive attitude

High energy and self-motivation

Team focused and supportive of the companys direction

Hours of operation are typically 7 a.m.- 4 p.m. M-F

40-hour workweek

Primarily sedentary or working at a desk

Occasionally lift and move 10-50 pounds

Proficient literacy

The employee frequently is required to stand walk or reach with hands and arms.
