We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Manager EMEA Business Development to lead and grow our high-performing BDR team across London and the wider EMEA region. This is a strategic leadership role that blends coaching data-driven decision-making and collaboration across Sales Marketing and Product teams.
You will be responsible for building a culture of performance and accountability ensuring lead generation efforts are aligned with sales goals and supporting career development for a distributed team of Business Development Representatives.
