As a Program Manager in KLUs Executive Education team you will play a pivotal role in designing delivering and scaling high-impact learning experiences for professionals. This role blends hands-on project leadership client engagement and business developmentperfectly aligned with KLUs mission to empower leaders with an operations mindset. The position is full-time and limited to 2 years.
Your Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Business Development- Act as a trusted advisor and key account manager for corporate clients and university partners.
- Identify client learning needs and co-develop tailored solutions aligned with their strategic goals.
- Support marketing and sales efforts by crafting compelling proposals and representing KLU at networking events.
- Contribute to revenue growth through client acquisition retention and relationship building.
Program Design & Delivery- Lead the planning coordination and execution of executive education programs (customized and open enrollment).
- Collaborate with the Executive Education leadership faculty and sales-team to co-create innovative relevant and impactful learning journeys.
- Ensure seamless delivery of programson-site online and hybridby managing logistics participant experience and faculty support.
- Travel with participants to seminar locations across Europe ensuring high-quality service and engagement.
Operational Excellence & Innovation- Manage program budgets track expenses and ensure financial compliance.
- Maintain CRM systems and oversee program documentation reporting and feedback analysis.
- Drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights and process optimization.
- Stay current with trends in executive education logistics supply chain management and leadership to inform program innovation.
Your qualifications

Youll thrive in this role if you:- Have experience in leading strategic initiatives from concept to execution with a strong focus on client engagement relationship management and delivering tailored solutions - Background in executive education consulting or other client-facing environments is highly valued.
- Communicate confidently and enjoy building relationships
- Are curious about learning design and comfortable with digital collaboration tools
- Are organized and able to manage back-office tasks independently.
- Are open to traveling with program participants across Europe.
- Speak English fluently; German is a plus.
