Job Description
To supervise day-to-day production activities to achieve the desired product quality and productivity at powder workshop .
- Main Tasks
- To organize and allocate manpower for production.
- To ensure plant is operated at optimal level with minimal down time.
- To ensure production records are properly filled in and maintained for every batch.
- To ensure QC samples are sent from plant to laboratory at required intervals for testing purpose
- To check all incoming raw and packaging materials to ensure both the quantities and qualities are in order.
- To drive 5S activities in the workshop.
- To assist in plant repair and maintenance
- To maintain good housekeeping of the plant
- To ensure EHS compliance as per Sika policy
- Others
Any other tasks assigned from time to time
- Security
- To maintain Sika information with appropriate secrecy and adhere to policies regarding confidential information
- To maintain confidentiality of formulation at all times
Qualifications :
Preferably Diploma in any discipline; those without any qualification but with relevant experience may also be considered.
Additional Information :
- Able to work with minimum supervision;
- Good communication skill in English or Bahasa Malaysia
- Possess good leadership
- Computer literate
