IT Administrator Mumbai India

Job Purpose
The focus is to provide support focus for the Nielsen Brandbank IT Service Managing licenses and administration of 3rd party apps that are being used. Also vendor management by managing procurement and invoices from vendors.
Job Responsibilities
- Handling procurement needs for the IT teams.
- Managing vendor relationship and ensure invoices are uploaded and processed on priority.
- Procurement of new services through 3rd party vendors or directly through the service provider
- Working with vendors to resolve technical issues and manage contracts.
- Managing user accounts access rights and security settings for apps.
- Providing technical support to users including troubleshooting access issues for users addressing password issues.
Qualifications :
Role Requirements Eessential Ppreferred
EExperience in handling IT services procurement needs.
EExperience in managing vendor invoices
EConfidence to deal with the Procurement and Finance teams to ensure suppliers are managed effectively.
EExperience of license management for applications.
EPolite with a positive attitude towards work and willing to put in the effort required to ensure the business reaches its goals.
EGood communication and interpersonal skills
EAbility to work independently and collaboratively.
PKnowledge of the application Ariba.
