Seafood Associate
Part and Full Time Opportunities Available
Are you a connoisseur when it comes to proteins Our Meat and Seafood Department holds the center stage for any exquisite meal. We provide only the best quality meats that are lifetime antibiotic and hormone free and Prime Beef is the standard our customers expect from us. When we say our seafood is fresh we meant it time spent out of the water is kept to a minimum and shipments are flown in several times per week. Are you interested in firing up your culinary skills Our Jacks Grill service allows our culinary experts to grill any of our proteins to perfection right in the department. In this department opportunities to grow and learn are endless.
As we prepare for our upcoming location in Mason Ohio were seeking enthusiastic service-minded candidates to join our Seafood team. If you love people and good food join us in making The DLM Experience come alive in Mason.
What Youll Do:
- Serve customers with enthusiasm and expertise.
- Prepare and display high-quality seafood in accordance with DLM standards.
- Package and label product with care.
- Set eye-catching displays.
- Provide expert guidance to customers on product selection and preparation methods.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the department.
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met at every step.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- A desire to make folks happy by providing Honestly Better Food and Service.
- Prior experience in seafood preferred but we are willing to train the right person.
- Food safety expertise.
- A willingness to learn about and taste great food.
- A willingness to practice theDLM Team Values:Be Honest Safe Helpful and Hard-Working
- Effective communication skills.
- Basic mathematical skills.
- 18 years old or older.
- Holiday and weekend schedule availability.
Physical Requirements:
- Standing for long periods of time.
- Lifting up to 50 pounds.
