Territory: Starkville MS and surrounding areas
Employment Type: Full-Time
Flexible Work Options: Hybrid / Work from Home available
- Identify and engage prospective clients through research outreach and networking.
- Analyze market trends and align growth strategies with business goals.
- Serve as the lead point of contact for key customers.
- Maintain strong ongoing communication to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Partner with estimating and operations to support contract execution.
- Align with marketing to launch targeted campaigns and initiatives.
- Establish sales goals and track KPIs.
- Deliver regular performance updates to leadership.
- Attend industry events community functions and networking opportunities to build brand awareness.
- Establish yourself as a trusted representative of the SERVPRO brand in the Columbus/Starkville area.
- Experience launching or expanding into new markets is a plus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- CRM proficiency and Microsoft Office fluency.
- Strong analytical and relationship-building abilities.
- Highly self-motivated and results-driven.
- Team-oriented but comfortable working independently.
- Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
