Position Overview:
Were looking for a results-driven HubSpot Marketing Specialist to take ownership of our HubSpot platform and lead efforts in automation lead generation and performance analysis. This hybrid role blends strategic thinking with hands-on executionideal for a marketing tech expert who thrives on optimizing systems and driving results across departments.
What Youll Do:
- Manage and optimize HubSpots Marketing Sales and Service Hubs
- Build and execute marketing campaigns including emails landing pages and CTAs
- Create and refine lead scoring models and nurturing workflows
- Analyze campaign and CRM data to generate actionable insights
- Support integrations with platforms like Salesforce Shopify and GA4
- Provide training documentation and support to internal teams
Qualifications
What Youll Bring:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or related fieldor equivalent experience
- 25 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub and CRM
- Proficiency in email marketing lead gen strategy and data reporting
- Strong collaboration training and communication skills
- Preferred: HubSpot certifications HTML/CSS knowledge and experience with GA4 or Power BI
