This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional to join the Patriot Product Line (PPL) Radar IPT Finance Team. The successful candidate for this role will employ their technical knowledge of finance and program control problem solving communication and leadership skills. The candidate will work independently as well as partner cross-functionally across the product line and with Business Operations finance Global Supply Chain (GSCM) finance and the various Program Offices in a fast-paced environment while executing similar scope on multiple programs.
This role is being offered in an onsite capacity and is based on the needs of the business. Onsite work can be done in Andover MA or Tewksbury MA. Relocation assistance is not being provided.
What You Will Do
Quarterly EAC reviews
EVMS and Trend analysis
Baseline and processing Budget Change Requests (BCRs)
Manpower planning (IPT ESPB)
Support proposal activities & pricing exercises
Financial responsibility for IPT (Integrated Product Team) ESPB (Engineering Support to Production Baseline) & NRE (Non-Recurring) efforts across the portfolio
Batting order simulations
Various ad hoc exercises
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires Bachelors degree in Business Management Finance Economics or related field & 5 years of Finance related experience; OR an Advanced degree and 3 years of Finance related experience
Experience with Estimate at Completion (EAC)
Experience with SAP APEX and/or PRISM
U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements
Qualifications We Prefer
Experience with MS Excel Word and PowerPoint
Analysis for Office/Business Warehouse
Experience with either Program Controls or Business Operations finance
Strong attention to detail quality and accuracy
Ability to work both independently and collaborate as part of a multi-functional team and organization
Ability to conduct thorough analysis in a dynamic and fast paced environment
Demonstrated experience meeting critical deadlines
Excellent communication organization and analytical skills

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees as they are essential to the development of our products.
The salary range for this role is 82000 USD - 164000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
