As a Technical Support Engineer (L1) on the Global Technical Support team in our Gurugram Office youll play a vital role in troubleshooting real-world client issues learning continuously and ensuring a seamless experience for Taboolas publisher partners.
Youll work closely with experienced support engineers cross-functional teams and global stakeholders to ensure a seamless experience for Taboolas publisher partners. This role provides hands-on exposure to Taboolas proprietary systems web technologies and industry-standard monitoring and analytics tools.
To thrive in this role youll need:
- 12 years of experience in a technical support or customer-facing engineering role
- Hands-on experience with HTML CSS JavaScript and SQL
- Familiarity with monitoring and analytics tools like Kusto Grafana BigQuery or Google Analytics is a strong plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong troubleshooting analytical and problem-solving mindset
Bonus points if you have:
- Ability to manage multiple issues simultaneously in a high-pressure environment
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts as part of a global 24x7 support model
How youll make an impact:
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues raised by publishers across Taboolas ad-serving stack integrations and reporting systems
- Debug front-end code issues using HTML CSS JavaScript and related technologies
- Handle daily support tickets investigate performance alerts and ensure timely communication with stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D Product and other internal teams to escalate and resolve more complex technical problems
- Maintain accurate documentation of issues solutions and troubleshooting steps in internal systems
- Participate in training and knowledge-sharing sessions to continually improve expertise and processes
