Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager - Digitization Expert
We are looking at a Digitization Expert who can drive business excellence initiatives within the Genpact Growth functions. Key responsibility would be to engage with business teams and be part of cross-functional projects that improves business processes and drives transformational value through the application of deep process knowledge and Digital tools.
The Digitization Expert will take responsibility for the successful implementation of a range of projects. The type of projects that this Expert will run include:
Implementing strategic process transformation and digitization initiatives across Sales Pricing Compensation and other functions
Drive innovative problem solving through leveraging data science and digital technologies front and center and external breathing/ best practices.
User experience design for the capabilities that Growth Operations provides to our internal clients
Ensure adoption of the new technologies and process
Bachelors degree in engineering
MBA (preferred but not mandatory)
Consistent record of implementing business excellence initiatives with in-depth knowledge and experience of process transformation system analysis and design automation data architectures integration and operational excellence
Excellent communication (written verbal and presentation) skills with deep program management expertise
Knowledge of sales and related processes
A passion for digital technologies and familiarity to take care of the ambiguous
Experience in delivering large scale end-to-end business transformation programs (designing solutions process mapping and diagnostics wireframing SDLC)
Experience of working in a sales environment
Knowledge of CRM (Salesforce) Salesforce CPQ Valorex Xactly (optional) and Analytics (Tableau CRM Analytics) tools
