Guest Experience Supervisor
Sheraton Heathrow Hotel Marriott International

Were looking for a confident and motivated Guest Experience Supervisor to join our Front Office team at Sheraton Heathrow Hotel. If youre passionate about delivering exceptional service solving problems on the spot and inspiring a team this is your next step.

What Youll Do
  • As a Guest Experience Supervisor youll be the face of the hotel for our guests and a leader for the team. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Overseeing guest check-ins and check-outs ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Handling payments billing and daily reporting with precision and attention to detail.
  • Responding to guest needs and requests and making sure theyre followed through to resolution.
  • Providing clear direction and support to the front office team during your shift.
  • Supporting training coaching and team motivation to drive a positive working environment.
  • Ensuring safety professionalism and adherence to brand standards at all times.
What Were Looking For
  • At least 1 year of experience in a guest-facing hospitality role.
  • Prior supervisory or team leader experience is essential.
  • Strong communication skills both spoken and written.
  • Calm under pressure detail-oriented and solution-focused.
  • Comfortable using hotel systems and handling financial transactions.
  • A genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
