Job Title: Vice President Hybrid Cloud Network Engineer
Location: 725 Ponce De Leon Avenue NE Atlanta GA 30306
Job Duties: Responsible for building and growing a multi-cloud strategy. Work as part of a multi-disciplinary squad to build out our cloud platform connectivity stacks. Participate in agile ceremonies to help deliver our commitments within our team. Utilize deep technical knowledge to drive the delivery of scalable & secure network resources. Participate with design and feedback workshops to improve our services and quality of work. Assist in solving issues with the cloud services & platform related to network connectivity partnering with our wider networking teams. Build cloud network connectivity architectures & systems. Participate in design reviews and deliver on those designs. Take well known on-premises ways of working and translate them into a cloud native approach for modern technologies.
Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Computer Science Information Technology or a related field. 48 months in Job offered or related occupation. Requires 48 months of experience in each of the following skills: 1. Provisioning deploying and supporting cloud native applications in Azure with Terraform or ARM templates; 2. Designing and implementing cloud provider connectivity VPC/Network peering Cloud-to-Cloud and On-prem-to cloud; 3. Using the following services from a cloud provider: VNets Resource Groups Functions AzureVM NSGs Express Route and RBAC; 4. Using Terraform Blueprints or Cloud Formation to deliver complex infrastructure across Azure or AWS; 5. Securing sophisticated network architectures across on-prem and cloud; 6. Understanding sophisticated requirements and how they distill into designs; 7. Helping a multi-disciplinary team achieve their goals using GitOps processes; 8. Network knowledge equivalent to the Cisco CCNP Route level; and 9. AWS.
