Job Description
Jimmy Fairly is looking for an Influencer Marketing Assistant to support its UK marketing team with the role based in its London HQ.
Reporting directly to the Brand & PR Coordinator and collaborating closely with the communications team at our Paris headquarters you will play a key role in influencer relations.
YOUR MISSION:
- Support the UK team with daily social media and influencer marketing activities with a strong emphasis on TikTok and Instagram.
- Assist in growing and maintaining the influencer database ensuring all profiles align with Jimmy Fairlys brand identity and values.
- Identify emerging and relevant creators to drive brand awareness and strengthen community engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute impactful influencer campaigns from concept to launch.
- Assist with influencer gifting initiatives including product selection order coordination packaging and dispatch.
- Monitor social media trends creator culture and competitor activity to keep Jimmy Fairly at the forefront of digital innovation.
- Monitor and respond to direct messages and comments on Instagram and TikTok.
- Contribute to the preparation of weekly and monthly performance reports providing insights into content and campaign effectiveness.
YOUR PROFILE:
- A degree in Marketing Communications or a related field or at least 1 year of hands-on experience in social media and influencer marketing.
- A true team player with a collaborative mindset a positive attitude and a proactive approach to meeting tight deadlines.
- Exceptionally organised and detail-oriented with strong planning skills and the ability to stay ahead of the curve.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with creators and talent.
- Deep understanding of digital and social trends with a natural instinct for what performs well on TikTok and Instagram.
- A genuine passion for fashion lifestyle and pop culture.
