Job Description
Now Hiring: Warehouse & Driver Supervisor Slinger WI
Are you a hands-on leader with a strong work ethic and a passion for logistics Join our team as a Warehouse & Driver Supervisor in Slinger WI!
In this role youll oversee warehouse operations and drivers ensuring safe efficient and timely delivery of products. Youll also play a key role in coaching team members managing inventory and maintaining a clean and organized facility.
Schedule: MondayFriday 6:30 AM 4:30 PM
What Were Looking For:
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Class A CDL with tanker endorsement (Hazmat preferred)
- Forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work in all weather conditions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- A commitment to safety teamwork and adaptability
What Youll Do:
- Supervise warehouse staff and drivers including hiring coaching and performance evaluations
- Plan and organize daily warehouse and delivery operations
- Repackage bulk products and assist with loading/unloading
- Monitor and manage inventory including monthly counts and expiration tracking
- Coordinate product transfers and ensure proper stock levels
- Serve as a backup delivery driver as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the warehouse and fuel island
- Collaborate with leadership to improve efficiency and reduce costs
