This is an excellent opportunity for an early in career finance professional to join the LADS Patriot Product Line (PPL) Radar IPT Finance Team. The successful candidate for this role will employ their technical knowledge of finance and program control problem solving communication and leadership skills. The candidate will work independently as well as partner cross-functionally across the product line and with Business Operations finance Global Supply Chain (GSCM) finance and the various Program Offices in a fast-paced environment while executing similar scope on multiple programs.
This role supports a PMO that predominantly resides on the East coast U.S. time zone. Onsite work can be done at the Andover MA or Tewksbury MA locations. Relocation assistance is not being provided.
What You Will Do
Perform weekly and monthly cost and performance monitoring/reporting
Support the development of quarterly EACs (estimate at complete)
Support EVMS (earned value management system) reporting and trend analysis
Support baseline establishment and BCRs (Budget Change Requests)
Various ad hoc exercises
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a Bachelors degree in Business Management Finance Economics or related field & 2 years of relevant finance experience
Experience with SAP APEX or similar business tools
Experience with MS Excel Word and/or PowerPoint
U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements.
Qualifications We Prefer
Experience with EACs
Experience with SAP PRISM and/or SAP BW (Business Warehouse) or AO (Analysis for Office)
Experience with program controls and/or business operations finance
Strong attention to detail quality and accuracy
Ability to work both independently and collaborate as part of a multi-functional team and organization
Ability to conduct thorough analysis in a dynamic and fast paced environment
Demonstrated experience meeting critical deadlines
Excellent communication organization and analytical skills
EV certification

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees as they are essential to the development of our products.
The salary range for this role is 66000 USD - 130000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
