Job Description
Location: La Crosse WI
Duration: Flexible start and end date
We are seeking a motivated and curious AI Programmer Intern to join our team. Youll work closely with experienced developers data scientists and engineers to design develop and optimize AI-based solutions. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone eager to grow their technical skills in a collaborative environment.
- Assist in the development and testing of machine learning models or AI systems
- Write clean efficient code in Python (or other relevant languages)
- Help integrate AI components into existing software products
- Conduct data preprocessing and analysis
- Research and experiment with new AI techniques and frameworks
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science Data Science Artificial Intelligence or a related field
- Familiarity with programming languages like Python Java or C
- Basic understanding of machine learning algorithms and data structures
- Experience with libraries such as TensorFlow PyTorch Scikit-learn or similar
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Prior experience with AI projects (classroom personal or work-related)
- Understanding of neural networks natural language processing or computer vision
- Knowledge of software development tools like Git Docker or Jupyter
