About the Role
Join a leading global company in Lisbon as part of their Customer Service team supporting a major Digital Marketing platform. Youll assist clients with paid campaign inquiries troubleshoot issues and ensure a top-tier customer experience in a dynamic digital-first environment.
Requirements

Fluent English (C1 level)

Experience with paid campaigns (Google Ads Meta Ads etc.)

Degree in Marketing or proven Digital Marketing experience

Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
-
EU citizenship or valid work permit in Portugal

Working Hours

Initial phase:
Monday to Friday 12-hour coverage:
Shifts: 07:0016:00 or 10:0019:00 -
Later stage:
24/7 rotating shifts
(2 rotating days off per week)
Salary & Benefits

Base Salary: 870 gross/month (x14 months)

Performance Bonus: 300/month (x11 months)
