TASQ is looking for on-site customer service agents in Cebu City who are fluent in both Arabic and English.
The hiring process begins with a phone screening and an online IQ assessment followed by two in-person interviews scheduled in the late afternoon or evening on-site.
This position is available immediately and involves handling customer inquiries and sales related to travel bookings via phone email and chat.
Responsibilities include providing travel information assisting with reservations resolving customer concerns and keeping up-to-date with industry developments.
Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a BPO setting (experience in travel is a plus) strong communication skills in both languages and at least a high school diploma (a college degree is preferred).
