Job Description

Secondment/fixed term opportunity until 31 March 2026

Over the last year weve been redesigning our skills and progression programme to make it accessible to more clients and better suited to support clients to successfully move on from homelessness and rebuild their lives for good. We are at an exciting stage where funding has been allocated to a testing phase which will enable us to further hone the small-scall delivery models developed based on the review findings.

Over 50% of our clients told us they prefer to learn away from their service. This is why were testing this year how we can best deliver independent livings skills and wellbeing support from local learning hubs. The London-based Learning Hub coordinator will be responsible for the programming and smooth running of 3 learning hubs providing clients access to 1-2-1 and small group support from Progression Coaches peer volunteers learning tutors and (over time) employment support.

The Bristol-based part-time Learning Hub coordinator will be responsible for the programming and smooth running of a learning hub at New Street providing clients access to 1-2-1 and small group support from a Progression Coach peer volunteer and learning tutors.

About you

We are looking for an inspiring team leader with a growth mindset can-do attitude and interest in service improvement to help us test and deliver a new learning hub model. You are an excellent communicator and problem-solver able to develop partnerships with a range of stakeholders and think creatively about how we best meet clients staff and stakeholder needs.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a fast-moving service design project and getting to grips with the continuous cycle of research/testing/iteration which underpins innovation.
