Job Description

Danish Customer Support Agents Relocate to Greece!
Location: Athens Greece (On-Site)
Start Date: July (must be in Greece 1 week before)

Are you a Danish speaker looking for an exciting new chapter abroad Join a top international company in sunny Greece and grow your career in a vibrant multicultural environment!

Your Responsibilities:
Assist customers via phone email and chat in Danish
Solve product or account-related issues with empathy and professionalism
Escalate complex cases when needed
Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and accurate case documentation
Collaborate with international teams and maintain service excellence

Salary & Perks:
Monthly salary:(depending on project & experience)
Performance bonus available monthly
Paid training
Relocation Package (for EU citizens):
Flight to Greece
2 weeks hotel accommodation
Airport pick-up
Help from real estate agents to find permanent housing

Requirements:
Danish: Fluent/native
English: At least B2
EU passport or valid work permit for Greece
Available to be in Athens at least 1 week before the start date
