Customer Order and Fulfillment Specialist (Contract) Waterloo ON
Were hiring two Customer Order and Fulfillment Specialists to join a leading global enterprise software company on a contract basis. This is a strong opportunity to support mission-critical order processing and customer service operations within a global B2B SaaS environment.
Youll be part of a team that delivers secure information management and digital transformation solutions for enterprise clients across sectors like healthcare finance legal and government. The role is onsite in Waterloo ON with a start date as soon as possible and contract running through February 2026.
What Youll Do
- Assist customers with issues related to downloads license keys and entitlements

Handle order processing accurately and efficiently
- Use ticketing systems to manage and track customer inquiries
- Work cross-functionally to resolve order or access-related problems
Ideal Candidate
- Customer service experience in a technical or enterprise setting
- Proficiency in ticketing systems (e.g. Zendesk Salesforce ServiceNow)

Background in order processing fulfillment or entitlements

Strong communication and time management skills
Location
Onsite in Waterloo Ontario
Compensation
$40 CAD/hour (contract role 8-month term)
