Responsibilities include but are not limited to thefollowing:
Essential JobFunctions:
Responsible forthe welcome of all guests that enter La Colombe dOr escorting them to theappropriate place (Front Desk or Restaurant)
Be present onthe lobby floor engaging with customers during service hours.
Monitor coursingand steps of service for all tables anticipating guests upcoming needs.
Speaking withguests or staff using clear professional and respectful language at alltimes.
Responds toindividual guest needs inquiries and/or complaints as they occur.
Assist therestaurant team with the inspection of tables ensuring they are ready forguests arrival.
Ensures customersatisfaction with all aspects of the dining experience and/or hotel experience
Fields Tonight& Tomorrow calls and email in a professional and helpful manner
Take In-roomdining calls and orders demonstrating in dept knowledge of food and beveragemenus.
Assist therestaurant team with side work and prep work with downtime.
Report toRestaurant Managers regarding any need for repairs or housekeeping of allrestaurant spaces and materials.
Assist in theupkeep storage and organization of all restaurant supplies
Adhere togrooming guidelines and standards.
Observe alllegal guidelines and procedures of the TABC.
Thoroughknowledge of product recipes hotel policies and executing guest specialrequests.
Thoroughknowledge of and correct application of all hotel policies procedures andpractices.
Ability tomaximize effective usage of the systems in place and recommend systemimprovements.
Perform otherduties as assigned.
