Boomi is looking for a Rev Ops Lead - Channel Strategy and Operationsto provide operational and analytical support to the Channel organization. You will be a part of the Analytics & Operations function within the Revenue Operations team. This role is crucial in maintaining and enhancing the operational relationship with our Channel Partner team ensuring that we are not only meeting our current objectives but also proactively identifying new challenges and opportunities to add value to the business.
Evaluate existing channel operations processesand identify opportunities for improvement implementing changes that drive operational excellence including Channel Compensation auditing.
Own the operational relationshipwith the Channel Partner team ensuring alignment and collaboration across sales leaders and sales representatives.
Proactively identifynew problems and opportunities to enhance the channel strategy and operations demonstrating intellectual curiosity and self-initiative.
Coordinate with Channel leadership Partner Programs Strategic Finance and Enablementto develop and implement channel strategies that align with the companys overall sales and marketing goals.
Provide regular updates insights and recommendationsto senior Channel and Sales leadership on the channel strategy based on performance analytics.
7 years of experience in channel strategy sales operations or a related role.
Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques including Power BI or equivalent.
Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Ability to think strategically and develop comprehensive plans.
Experience with CRM software (SFDC) Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Power BI as well as familiarity with Partner Management tools.
