As we continue to grow we are seeking a dynamic and experienced NetSuite Inventory Control Specialist to join our team and drive our relationships with hyperscale clients to new heights.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organizedInventory Control Specialistwith hands-on experience inNetSuite ERPto manage and optimize our inventory operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records ensuring efficient shipping and receiving processes and supporting internal reporting standards.
Hours/Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm
Wage:$33 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- NetSuite Inventory Management:
- ExecutePurchase Order (PO) Receiptsaccurately and timely.
- ManageShipping and Receiving Transactionswithin NetSuite.
- PerformBin Transfersand maintainLocation Trackingfor all inventory items.
- ProcessInventory AdjustmentsandTransfer Ordersas needed.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintainweekly documentationof inventory levels shipments and transactional activity.
- Ensure allNetSuite recordsare up-to-date and aligned withGroqs reporting standards.
- Submitmonthly reportsdetailing hours worked and activities performed.
- ProvidePO and expense documentationwith all submitted invoices.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience withNetSuite ERP specifically in inventory control functions.
- Strong understanding of inventory management principles and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment (up to 70 pounds)
- Ability to climb ladders and stairs to access elevated work areas
- Ability to stand for long periods during tasks in various environments
- Ability to respond quickly to emergencies and navigate workspaces efficiently
- Ability to bend stoop and kneel for equipment installation and maintenance
- Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for small part assembly and cabletermination
- Ability to differentiate color-coded cables labels and indicators
- Ability to move quickly through tight or congested spaces
- Ability to work in fluctuating indoor temperatures and outdoor weather conditions
- Ability to work in high-noise environments while wearing hearing protection
