Employee Benefits Client Renewal Advisor
Job Summary
The Client Renewal Advisor is responsible for maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients ensuring a seamless renewal process and providing exceptional service. This role involves conducting renewal meetings presenting benefit options addressing escalated issues and occasionally engaging in new business development. The position is fully remote but requires travel to meet with clients.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $60000 - $100000 annually based on experience.
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package available.
- 401(k): Offered.
- Work Environment: Fully remote.
Responsibilities
- Maintain ongoing face-to-face relationships with client groups.
- Conduct renewal meetings with decision-makers to present benefit options.
- Lead employee-facing meetings to explain available benefits.
- Address escalated issues including claims questions enrollments and billing inquiries.
- Provide day-to-day servicing to ensure client satisfaction.
- Engage in new business development within the area.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience
- Proven client-facing and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of the renewal process and benefit options.
- Ability to manage and resolve escalated client issues effectively.
- Must reside in the Fond du Lac area to facilitate client visits.
- Willingness to travel locally to meet with clients as needed.
