Responsibilities:
- Providing personal care assistance to residents including bathing dressing and toileting.
- Assisting with ambulation and mobility.
- Monitoring vital signs and documenting observations.
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Communicating effectively with residents families and other healthcare professionals.
Qualifications
Job Requirements
- Completion of an accredited Nursing Assistant program (or military medical specialty training).
- Six months related work experience preferred.
- Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant by the Washington State Nursing Commission.
- Current healthcare provider American Heart Association Basic Life Support (CPR) certification.
