The Role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive MSP Program Lead to join our People Solutions team. This is a pivotal client-facing leadership role where you will take ownership of the successful delivery and continuous improvement of a national Managed Service Program (MSP).
Reporting to the General Manager People Solutions you will be responsible for overseeing daily program operations managing supplier performance enhancing client relationships and driving data-led improvements. This role will suit someone with a strong background in workforce solutions vendor management and stakeholder engagement ideally within an MSP or VMS environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the MSP ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery across multiple client sites
- Build strong client relationships as the primary point of contact ensuring alignment with service expectations and performance KPIs
- Manage vendor onboarding service level performance and continuous improvement reviews
- Identify and mitigate compliance and operational risks
- Use data analytics and dashboards to monitor program health and support strategic decision-making
- Support the adoption and integration of technology platforms (e.g. VMS) in collaboration with tech-dev
- Drive innovation process improvement and stakeholder engagement across workforce delivery
Skills and Experience
To thrive in this role you will bring:
- Proven experience in managing or delivering MSP or VMS programs (essential)
- Strong client and stakeholder management skills with a focus on delivery and service excellence
- Sound knowledge of vendor performance management and compliance requirements
- Commercial acumen and an understanding of workforce solutions or labour hire operations
- Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to present insights and influence change
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to lead through others to achieve shared goals
